Adams County Fair Heritage Farms Pavilion

The Heritage Farm Pavilion will be located at the Adams County Fairgrounds commemorating the Bicentennial. This pavilion will honor Adams County’s agricultural roots, specifically recognizing heritage farms that have been owned and operated by the same family for 150 years or more. The pavilion will not only serve as a lasting tribute to the region’s agricultural heritage but also provide a space for community gatherings and events. It will house a monument to these historic farms, ensuring their legacy is celebrated for generations to come. The pavilion will be a place where the community can come together, reflect on the county’s agricultural traditions, and create new memories.

Adams County Courthouse Timeline

The Courthouse Timeline is a significant legacy project that will celebrate Adams County’s rich history since its founding in 1825. This timeline will be prominently displayed at the Adams County Courthouse, allowing residents and visitors to explore the key moments and milestones in the county’s evolution. From the early establishment of the county through its agricultural growth, historical events, and contributions to the broader region, the timeline will serve as a reminder of the county’s resilience, community spirit, and progress over the past two centuries.
