Adams County Fair Heritage Farms Pavilion
The Heritage Farms Pavilion, located at the Adams County Fairgrounds, commemorates the Adams County Bicentennial and honors the deep agricultural roots of the region. This meaningful space specifically recognizes Heritage Farms — properties that have been owned and operated by the same family for 150 years or more.
The Pavilion serves not only as a lasting tribute to Adams County’s farming legacy but also as a gathering place for community events and celebrations. At its center stands a monument inscribed with the names of these historic farms, ensuring their stories are preserved and honored for generations to come.
This project is made possible thanks to the generous support of local sponsors and the dedicated efforts of community volunteers, including members of the Adams County Farm Bureau, the Adams County Fair Board, and countless residents who contributed time, talent, and resources to bring the Pavilion to life.
The Heritage Farms Pavilion is a place where the community comes together — to reflect on shared agricultural traditions, celebrate our history, and build new memories rooted in pride and connection.
